The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Suceava (Romania) is the Beneficiary of a new project with European financing, called „Joint Business Support Centre – Instrument for fostering development of entrepreneurship in RO-UA-MD cross-border area (Jo.B.S. Center)”, MIS-ETC CODE: 1934. The project is implemented in partnership with the Center for Development and Reconstruction Bucovina (Ukraine), State University Alecu Russo from Balti (Moldova) and The Association for Economical and Regional Development “ADER” (Suceava, Romania).

The workshop Professional training and strategic partnerships - a solution for the economic development of the border region RO-UA-MD was held from April 23rd to May 8th, 2014, in the three regions involved in the project: Suceava, Chernivtsi and Balti. In the workshop the included topics were: a presentation of the study "Identification of training needs in the cross-border area RO-UA-MD", presenting the future e-learning platform that will promote SMEs in the border region RO-UA-MD, organizing a networking game with the participation of companies from Suceava, Chernivtsi and Moldova.

One of the important results of the workshop was to identify the six training packages that will be provided free of charge within the project. At this time the training manuals for these trainings are under preparation and also the signing of the partnership agreements between firms in Chernivtsi (Ukraine), Balti (Moldova) and Suceava (Romania), which will be aimed at strengthening trilateral relations, all of which are detailed in the following lines:
